Service Guest Thankful For Keffer VW

...as embarrassed as i am...

i'm not sure if Kurt Joseph is the person who has looked after me the last several years...i was thinking my guy's name is Kurtis. he always knows my name when i come in...

...anyway...besides ALWAYS telling me what needs to happen with my 2006 Jetta (200,000 plus miles...that does not get regular check ups)...Kurtis called me Thursday (9/22/11) and asked if i had forgotten something...

OMG...OMG...OMG...i left my laptop sitting on one of the service guy's desk while i was in for a service. Kurtis found it and called me 20 minutes after i left (10 minutes before closing)...told me he would keep it safe til i returned the next day.

i love Kurtis...and gave him a big hug when i picked up my laptop today....so very much appreciate all that he does to keep my car safely on the road...

Keffer VW is the best...

Ya'll are the best. I live in Winston Salem and have had previous VWs serviced here at Flow several times and considered buying my latest VW from them. But Keffer offers far superior sales  and service. Flow seems to believe there is no competition for the shopper. I am encouraging friends and neighbors to try Keffer. Its worth the drive!

I want to thank Mike Smith in the service department for taking the time to help get my '06 Jetta GLI fixed and back on the road. The problems that the car was having was not something I had experienced before and Mike with patience, took the time to help explain the issues that the car was having. Mike was very helpful, patient, and understanding of my inexperience on this manner. I will definitely not hesitate to go back to their service department again for any matter. Thanks!

Mike Smith At Keffer VW Makes You Feel Welcome

With hesitation, I brought my 2003 Passat in for service on 11-09-10 due to a jolting of the engine.  Mike Smith was the Service Consultant who handled my problem.  What a pleasant surprise!  Keffer Volkswagen had delivered such poor customer service in the past that I was driving down to South Blvd. to Volkswagen South for maintenance and repair work, just to avoid Keffer over the last few years.  Due to this engine problem, I didn't feel confident to drive the 35+ miles, and hence gave Keffer another shot.  Not only was Mike Smith polite, friendly, and helpful, but he provided a thorough explanation of the problem, in "human terms", and offered a loaner, at no charge, for the 2 day repair.  This experience was delightful and has brought me back to Keffer!  Keep up the good work, and especially be sure to keep Mike Smith.  He is a good ambassador for Keffer!

I have returned to Keffer VW after a 2 year lapse and found the service and prices much improved.  Service was provided by Michael Smith and a service coupon was provided as a customer appreciation.  Work was explained, incl. work that could be postponed vs necessary. Prices were exactly as promised and the communication throughout the day was excellent and accurate.  80K maintenance was performed along with other major services needed and a loaner was offerred without my asking!  Can't ask for more!  Prices are competitive and service is honest.  Thank you.
