I just wanted to let whomever know, that Mike Smith is outstanding. He took the time to help my daughter and I understand what needed to be fixed and what didn't. It's truly an honor to have someone trust worthy that we can depend on. Kudos to Keffer for having a top notch employee in Mike. I WILL ask for him again!

Mike Smith At Keffer VW Makes You Feel Welcome

With hesitation, I brought my 2003 Passat in for service on 11-09-10 due to a jolting of the engine.  Mike Smith was the Service Consultant who handled my problem.  What a pleasant surprise!  Keffer Volkswagen had delivered such poor customer service in the past that I was driving down to South Blvd. to Volkswagen South for maintenance and repair work, just to avoid Keffer over the last few years.  Due to this engine problem, I didn't feel confident to drive the 35+ miles, and hence gave Keffer another shot.  Not only was Mike Smith polite, friendly, and helpful, but he provided a thorough explanation of the problem, in "human terms", and offered a loaner, at no charge, for the 2 day repair.  This experience was delightful and has brought me back to Keffer!  Keep up the good work, and especially be sure to keep Mike Smith.  He is a good ambassador for Keffer!
