I had a pleasant and great experience purchasing a car from Keffer VW. David Rucker (The Salesman) made the experience unbelievable. I bought at least 3 cars in the past and I used to go towards the very end just to sign the papers as my husband took care of the rest. I always thought buying a car is a hassel. However, this time David made it so easy and a lot of fun. I did have to wait for few hours but that was an out of control issue. The minute I talked to David on the phone after I searched the car on the internet, I decided to drive all the way from SC to Keffer which took at least 50 minutes to finish the deal. It was worth it as David was honest and helpful and walked me through the process with easy steps.Thank you and I will for sure go back for any future need.

Keffer VW should teach auto sales - seriously!  After 4 horrific trips to other dealerships I decided to give it one last try and went to Keffer VW. From the moment I went in, the difference was obvious.  No pressure or gimmicks, relaxed atmosphere, and people who mean what they say. I told them what I wanted and could afford, and they made it happen within an hour.  From the manager to finance to the fellow who prepared my new car, everyone was kind and seemed as happy as I was.  I actually hugged my salesman on the way out! 

David did an excellant job of understanding my needs and suggested the Jetta. he was honest and efficient and very pleasant to work with. I will send my friends to him!!

I have all positive things to say about our experience at Keffer Volkswagon.  My family and I were ready to make the move from our Volvo XC70 to the Volkswagen Routan.  Our sales associate was David Rucker and from our initial conversation he was the person I wanted to deal with.  David was extremely easy to speak with and knowledgeable on the vehicle.  We went in knowing the car we were looking for and after test-driving the Routan we were ready to negotiate price. We returned home to further read consumer reports and search online for competitive pricing.  We returned the following day and David Kernall, the General Manager, was willing to match the online price for us.  With a great price on the Routan, VW financing and a fair price on our trade-in we couldn't go wrong.  We absolutely love the Routan.  During a recent trip to MA we were getting 25 miles to the gallon.  With a busy family... life is good in a Routan!  I highly recommend contacting Keffer Volkswagen during your search for a VW.

After much looking and driving of cars both new and used, I stopped at Keffer VW to check out their inventory.  I was very pleased to meet their friendly and knowledgeable salespeople, and extremely pleased that my sale person, David, was helpful but not high pressure.  When I did decide on my new car, things went smoothly and openly regarding the price and financing.  There was none of this hush-hush bargaining on little pieces of paper between one room and the other.  I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them.

I met David Rucker through Internet Sales at www.cars.com on a 2005 MINI Cooper convertible.  I can say as a sales professional myself I am thoroughly impressed with Dave's no pressure sales approach. I wasn't overly impressed with the MINI once I saw it in person.  So he let me share what I was truly looking for in a vehicle. With the assistance of Sales Manager Darris McCarty the perfect car was found!  A 2006 VW Beetle Convertible in Salsa Red!!I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences of my life as this is my first car that I have purchased alone.
