BEWARE!!!! Never been screwed over more by a car dealership. Bought a used car from them in December under the condition that they would do some body work repairs and give me a rental car during those repairs. Now they are telling me that they will not honor their commitment. No explanation why. Just flat out telling me they are not going to honor the deal that was made when I purchased the car. The agreement we made was in writing and everything. I m now considering legal action

I absolutely HATE shopping for vehicles, until now anyway. I can count on one hand the number of times in my life in which I was compelled to write a thank you to a business for their service. That said, I was referred to Andy Hicks by a friend. As a woman I lack the time, skills, desire and patience to negotiate a good deal when purchasing a car. Time for a new car...  Not sure what to get.  Should I change and see how it goes with the Altima Coupe or stay with the reliable service I've had from VW for the past 5 years.  Tough choice, at least for me, the Altima is cute but, after test driving both cars, talking to the salesmen, and hearing their offers, I had to stay with VW, and here is why...

If you're ever at this location, and looking for a car, ask for Andy Hicks, this is the salesperson we who helped me (and my sisters).  He is very attentive, patient, understanding.  He'll work hard to get the price you need, and the car you want.  On top of that he is genuinely happy when you are too with your purchase.  You get from him personal attention and an honest deal.

I drove past 2 other VW dealerships to come to this one, about 20 miles from my house.
They worked with me to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted.  The thing I liked best, they were very flexible in our communications back and forth.  On my first trip to the dealership, I drove the model I wanted but wasn't ready to buy. Brett stayed in touch with me via email and phone. When I was ready to buy, I saw a new model CC on their website.  Exactly what I wanted.  But due to my job, I could not come back  to the dealership to negotiate the price and discuss options.  The folks at Keffer allowed our communications to take place via email and telephone.  That was great and saved me time.  So the next time I went to the dealership was to sign the papers.  Thanks guys for your flexibility and dealing with my difficult work schedule and using technology at its best.

i'm not sure if Kurt Joseph is the person who has looked after me the last several years...i was thinking my guy's name is Kurtis. he always knows my name when i come in...

...anyway...besides ALWAYS telling me what needs to happen with my 2006 Jetta (200,000 plus miles...that does not get regular check ups)...Kurtis called me Thursday (9/22/11) and asked if i had forgotten something...

OMG...OMG...OMG...i left my laptop sitting on one of the service guy's desk while i was in for a service. Kurtis found it and called me 20 minutes after i left (10 minutes before closing)...told me he would keep it safe til i returned the next day.

i love Kurtis...and gave him a big hug when i picked up my laptop today....so very much appreciate all that he does to keep my car safely on the road...

I always hated the idea of going to purchase a car because of agressive salespeople. I had visited a luxury car dealiership with the intent to purchase but after I was treated like I was not worthy of such a vehicle, I left. My wife and I drove to Huntersville with the intent to look at the Volkswagens.      On July, 23, 2011 Andy Hicks assisted my daughter Jessica and me with the purchase of a 2008 Ford Fusion. Andy's "no pressure" sales approach was a nice change from past experiences at other dealerships. I liked that Andy's knowledge and experience allowed him to solely work with us on our purchase. Andy went with us on the initial test drive; negotiated the price of the vehicle; arranged for new tires to be put on the vehicle; arranged for financing; handled all the paperwork; and then scheduled for the vehicle to be delivered to our home the following week. This was the first time in my 35 years of buying vehicles that one person had handled every part of the purchasing process. I was very impressed that Andy could do so. My daughter Jessica and I were both very pleased with how Andy treated us throughout our entire visit to Keffer VW. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience that we've had. We started looking at TDI diesels with some curiosity. We weren't sure if we wanted a used or new car and weren't even sure if we wanted a diesel. Andy Hicks was very patient and definitely did not hassle us.
