i'm not sure if Kurt Joseph is the person who has looked after me the last several years...i was thinking my guy's name is Kurtis. he always knows my name when i come in...

...anyway...besides ALWAYS telling me what needs to happen with my 2006 Jetta (200,000 plus miles...that does not get regular check ups)...Kurtis called me Thursday (9/22/11) and asked if i had forgotten something...

OMG...OMG...OMG...i left my laptop sitting on one of the service guy's desk while i was in for a service. Kurtis found it and called me 20 minutes after i left (10 minutes before closing)...told me he would keep it safe til i returned the next day.

i love Kurtis...and gave him a big hug when i picked up my laptop today....so very much appreciate all that he does to keep my car safely on the road...

I always hated the idea of going to purchase a car because of agressive salespeople. I had visited a luxury car dealiership with the intent to purchase but after I was treated like I was not worthy of such a vehicle, I left. My wife and I drove to Huntersville with the intent to look at the Volkswagens. Andy Hicks treated us like we were somebody.  We ended up purchasing a 2012 Volkswagen CC. The entire dealership staff was awesome! I would recommend everyone to visit Keffer and Andy Hicks.      On July, 23, 2011 Andy Hicks assisted my daughter Jessica and me with the purchase of a 2008 Ford Fusion. Andy's "no pressure" sales approach was a nice change from past experiences at other dealerships. I liked that Andy's knowledge and experience allowed him to solely work with us on our purchase. Andy went with us on the initial test drive; negotiated the price of the vehicle; arranged for new tires to be put on the vehicle; arranged for financing; handled all the paperwork; and then scheduled for the vehicle to be delivered to our home the following week. This was the first time in my 35 years of buying vehicles that one person had handled every part of the purchasing process. I was very impressed that Andy could do so. My daughter Jessica and I were both very pleased with how Andy treated us throughout our entire visit to Keffer VW. I would encourage anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle give Andy a call.

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience that we've had. We started looking at TDI diesels with some curiosity. We weren't sure if we wanted a used or new car and weren't even sure if we wanted a diesel. Andy Hicks was very patient and definitely did not hassle us. He seemed to be extremely knowledge and we found his laid-back sales approach appealing.

I met Brian Wiles out on the lot as I was viewing a new 2011 VW Golf.  Brian was very professional, well dressed, friendly and non pressuring.  He immediately started showing me all the great product features of the car.  He then took me for a test drive and showed me even more features I didn't even know about.  Brian also did a great job of showing and describing to me how the quality of the ride is in many different areas from shifting, braking, visibility, and horse power. 

I did not buy right away but Brian always kept in touch with me on the phone.  His product knowledge was superior to ANY other dealer I went to!  He was always very professional and courteous.  All of the finance staff was the same.  I will definately be buying a new VW from Brian in the future when I need one.

With hesitation, I brought my 2003 Passat in for service on 11-09-10 due to a jolting of the engine.  Mike Smith was the Service Consultant who handled my problem.  What a pleasant surprise!  Keffer Volkswagen had delivered such poor customer service in the past that I was driving down to South Blvd. to Volkswagen South for maintenance and repair work, just to avoid Keffer over the last few years.  Due to this engine problem, I didn't feel confident to drive the 35+ miles, and hence gave Keffer another shot.  Not only was Mike Smith polite, friendly, and helpful, but he provided a thorough explanation of the problem, in "human terms", and offered a loaner, at no charge, for the 2 day repair.  This experience was delightful and has brought me back to Keffer!  Keep up the good work, and especially be sure to keep Mike Smith.  He is a good ambassador for Keffer!

Our 2010 GTI is the first VW we ever owned.  My wife wanted to replace her 1998 Avalon with a smaller car but was unwilling to give up some of the luxury features of the Avalon.  After looking at several smaller cars with the features she wanted we decided on the GTI.  Our buying experience could not have been better.  I enjoyed the banter with Brian and never felt pressured.  He was also very accommodating and a good listener.  In the final analysis, we buy from people we like.  As I mentioned, the GTI is primarily my wife's car and we all had a good laugh over the image of this 75 year old grandmother being pulled over in the GTI, and the bewildered look on the cop's face.  (We'll try not to let this happen).

As for the GTI itself, we're very pleased with it.  How can you not like the performance.  You feel 20 years (at least) younger when you drive it.  The only gripe I have is that my wife won't let me drive it enough.  In spite of the performance it's comfortable driving and a ride that's very reassuring.

Keffer VW should teach auto sales - seriously!  After 4 horrific trips to other dealerships I decided to give it one last try and went to Keffer VW. Inbetween we visited 8 dealerships none of which showed us the class that we found at Keffer VW of Huntersville. We started out with Ruslan on Saturday morning and came back Monday at a time when he was busy with another client. Alan Gidney took over and pretty much walked us through the process. After much looking and driving of cars both new and used, I stopped at Keffer VW to check out their inventory.  I was very pleased to meet their friendly and knowledgeable salespeople, and extremely pleased that my sale person, David, was helpful but not high pressure.  When I did decide on my new car, things went smoothly and openly regarding the price and financing.  There was none of this hush-hush bargaining on little pieces of paper between one room and the other.  I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them.

A couple weeks ago, I was visiting Keffer for a regular, scheduled appointment on my EOS for the oil change.   While there, I decided to look in the showroom model of the Jetta.  Feeling quite impressed, Butch Wesley came over and introduced himself.

Butch persuaded me to go out and look at the Jettas on the lot, and I'm glad I did!  I worked with Butch that morning, and he did a great job at assisting me in trading in my EOS for a new Jetta!  I couldn't be happier.

Butch was friendly and sincere, and overall a pleasure.  I've been visiting Keffer many years and bought 2 cars there.  Everytime I visit all the service and sales people are very friendly and attentive.  The store is always clean and comfortable.

I met David Rucker through Internet Sales at www.cars.com on a 2005 MINI Cooper convertible.  I can say as a sales professional myself I am thoroughly impressed with Dave's no pressure sales approach. I wasn't overly impressed with the MINI once I saw it in person.  So he let me share what I was truly looking for in a vehicle. I have returned to Keffer VW after a 2 year lapse and found the service and prices much improved.  Service was provided by Michael Smith and a service coupon was provided as a customer appreciation.  Work was explained, incl. work that could be postponed vs necessary. Prices were exactly as promised and the communication throughout the day was excellent and accurate.  80K maintenance was performed along with other major services needed and a loaner was offerred without my asking!  Can't ask for more!  Prices are competitive and service is honest.  Thank you.

I brought my Passat in yesterday morning for an unexpected service.  Actually, I had to have it towed in for this service.  When I arrived Mike Smith warmly greeted me and he became my service adviser.  As I explained the problem to him, he listened very carefully.  Mike was extremely reassuring as he told me what could possibly cause the issue.  Once the service technician had determined the cause of the problem, Mike completely explained all the service that needed to be done.  He took the time to go into detail about what components were needed and what steps the technician would have to take to perform the service.  When he quoted the price for the service I was pretty shocked.  Only by the number in general, I guess I wasn't thinking that this unforeseen problem would cause my Tuesday morning to be so expensive.  Mike could see that I was struggling to decide what to do.  So he invited me into the garage area to take a look at my car (which no one has ever done).  This was a tremendous help!  Once I saw what he was describing, there was no question that the work must be done.  He even arranged transportation for me to get to and from work.  When I came back to pick my car up he was so poilte and helpful.

I bought my car from Keffer VW and have had it serviced there many times (oil changes, recalls, check engine diagnostics, timing belt replacement, etc.). However, this was the first time I have ever been wow-ed by the service I received.  Kudos to Mike Smith for his outstanding customer service!!

My husband and I bought a used minivan from Tim Black last weekend, and we are very happy with our "new" car.  Our budget was limited, and Tim negotiated with us so that we were able to get the minivan that our large family needed.  Tim was very professional, and made sure that we were happy.  When we were getting ready to drive off the lot he asked if he could pray with us.  I think it is a rare thing when  business person shows his love for the Lord.  I feel blessed that Tim took such good care of us.  We'll be back to Keffer Volkswagon for our next car!

For me as a first time car buyer the process was not as bad as i thought. Even after i had really not want to go through the process because of being given the run around at the other dealerships. AM was our sales guy and he did us good justice. he was very cool and just just made me and my wife feel like were just not buying any car but we were buying Volkswagen. A car that would last and be safe and more so a car that we afford. And who doesn't love that.

Your drop down needs to allow multiple sales people - Alan Gidney was fantastic as well! The sale started with Brian and my husband, and completed with Alan when I was able to join them.

We've been treated with nothing but respect and honesty at Keffer. This is our 1st VW purchase, but it wont be our last. From the initial questions and discovery to the final signing of our paperwork, the entire staff has been accomodating and did everything they could to get us the most cars for our money (we bought two!)

This is what a car buying experience SHOULD be, and very rarely is. Keffer has earned my business and I won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Overall a great experience as usual

We just returned from Keffer Volkswagen in our new Routan.  The car is amazing but even more amazing was our salesperson Tim Black.  My wife went to view the car first with our 9 week old daughter and asked that I come give my thoughts.  Having spent considerable time looking at mini-vans on the Internet and seeing this vehicle on the website, I was pretty certain what we were getting into.  But my expectations from Tim were more than I could have ever imagined.  As it turned out, my wife had to leave and pick up our 19 month old son from daycare.  Upon their arrival both children were hungry and tired.  Tim did more than was expected by assisting us with the sale (no haggling back and forth) and our crying children.  As the sale was being finalized he was with us to the end keeping our son busy while we signed the paperwork.

Overall, we went in with the internet pricing and Tim gave us a more than fair offer on our car and asked where we needed to be to close the deal.  I gave a number and he returned only to close the deal.  No last minute try this or have you considered this - just you asked for it and here it is.  DONE.
